The project starts with a discovery call where we understand the scope, the budget and the timeframe for the project. Depending on the project, we assign people who fit the requirements the best. After discovery, we continue with the business and technical analysis. It is important to define business requirements and translates them into technical requirements. When this is done our developers will start to work on the projects. During the project, we will schedule weekly check-in calls with your stakeholders to keep them in the loop about the progress. At last, we will arrange a final presentation where we go over the results and the project.

When starting a project we go over all the important details of the project to define requirements, scope and timeline. During this part, you will have meetings with our project manager and systems architect. This stage usually takes from a couple of days for smaller projects to several weeks for larger, research-heavier projects.

Based on the timeline, the project is divided into two week-long sprints. At the end of each sprint, we hold a review session where we go through what was accomplished during the sprint and what is the plan for the next one. To make sure the project hits the deadline and scope we also hold scope review meetings every other week where we cover the overall progress and baseline projections.

At the final stage of the project, we will make a final deployment to the production environment and present the final version. If needed we can convey training sessions for your employees. We also provide relevant project documentation to make it easier to work with the system in the future.
